BOER GOATS -We began raising goats in 1975 and Boer goats since 2004. Our goal is to produce the highest quality stock and present it to you at a reasonable price. We have included the finest blood lines and work hard on our breeding program to build on the best genetics available. Our Boer stock is registered Full Blood and Full Blood South African. They are guaranteed to breed and are blood tested to ensure that they are disease (CL, CAE and John's) free. All stock is pasture raised without hormones, creating, we feel, not only the best stock, but, working and show quality stock ready to up-grade your herd which means money in your pocket.
Our original herd sire is RAMBO'S RUFUS, the son of RAMBO *ELITE ENNOBLED*. We began showing him at six months where he took third place at the USBGA sanctioned Summer Shootout followed by a 10th at the Mid-continental Nationals . He has been the Grand Champion Buck at the Bledsoe County Fair for 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008. We also showed four does in 2009 with all taking 1st place in their class and BELLE's DELIGHT being the Grand Champion Senior Doe. Our red breedng buck for 2009 and 2010 is Thor (seen on the Herd Sire page). His kids are showing good potential.
If you have had udder or split teat problems consider the strong 2 teated heritable trait that RUFUS and all our breeding bucks will pass along. Our bucks are exceptionally long loined, very gentle, they have great front and rear ends, and strong legs and feet. We are thrilled with the kids they are producing, you will be too!

To ensure quality, we conduct continued herd evaluations for disease, faults, and growth. The 2006 November Kid Crop established average daily weight gains (adwg). Aaverage birth weight for the November 2006 Kid Crop is 7.68 lbs. with .70 lbs average daily gain at 7 days. Simular result for the 2007-8 & 9 crop were achieved. Kids from the November 2009 crop averaged .503 ADWG on a 90 day test.
